Dwayne Crow
President + Owner
Dwayne Crow is the owner and driving force behind Crow Construction, bringing years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling. A U.S. military veteran, Dwayne developed a strong foundation of discipline, accountability, and attention to detail that continues to shape how he approaches every project. His background in the field gave him a deep respect for craftsmanship and problem-solving, and he remains closely involved in each job from initial consultation through completion. Clients value his straightforward communication, reliability, and commitment to delivering work that is done right the first time.
Laura LeBlanc
Co-Owner + Director of Operations
Laura LeBlanc oversees client coordination and project organization, ensuring each remodeling experience runs smoothly from start to finish. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, she brings a highly analytical and structured approach to managing schedules , selections, and communication. Her background allows her to understand technical details while translating them in to a clear, organized process for homeowners. Laura serves as the primary point of contact for clients , helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of their project .
Dayne LeBlanc
Superintendent
Dayne manages on-site operations, overseeing daily progress, coordinating crews, and ensuring each project meets company standards for quality and efficiency. His background in restaurant operations gave him a strong foundation in leadership, fast-paced problem solving, and team coordination — skills that translate seamlessly to the construction environment.
Detail-oriented and dependable, Dayne helps keep projects moving forward smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, he has a strong passion for cars, an interest that reflects his appreciation for craftsmanship, mechanics, and performance.
